Renovations to 5/3rd Bank Kenwood Branch

Having grown to be one of the busiest branches, the existing facility was technologically out dated and functionally undersized.
Details:
The design solution proposed a two-phase renovation with the acquisition of adjoining storefront required for the second phase. This phase would allow for adding 9 to 11 regional banking offices.
Phase 1 - contained the core work, required: expansion of the drive thru number, and ATM accessibility; modifying front/entry facade for more unifying character; correcting water leakage issues at roof facade; integration of new local and centralized security system; new service counters; new expansion in the number of offices; overall replacements of ceiling systems, lighting, paint, finishes, and flooring.
