Project:
The creation of the first centralized operational center for the largest regional bank to consolidate and house its: credit card processing, retail account payment system, call center, corporate wide computer server center, and mortgage loan departments.
Details:
5/3rd purchased former U.S. Shoe Corporation which was a vacant since 1998, the building totaling 220,000 SF. in size. Serving as the banks project representative in its first design/build venture, the firm directed and managed the architectural design for: renovations to the existing building; the incorporation of a new 228,000 SF. (over three stories) addition; creation of a 2,000 car garage structure and overall site improvements.
This three year service encompassed - construction observations, detail code analysis and representation before public authorization agencies, construction budget reviews, analysis and certification of construction draws.
