New Branch 5/3rd Bank

Project:
To redesign a new prototype branch bank of 4,800 SF. with four drive thru lanes on a rough hilly site and complete construction all within 90 days.
Details:
As part of the design/build team our architects were provided with a unimproved hilly site to carve out a build able area on which to place the new bank. Site was designed by local civil engineering firm. Building design with changes was completed within seven days, approved in three and constructed and ready for business in 77 days.
The project involves a three phased process based on Federal and local funding sources and cycles. Facility overall SF. is 14,441 on ground floor and 11,024 on basement level. With gym and multipurpose area comprising of 4,737 SF. and 4,048 SF. respectively.
