Business to business high-end heavy equipment and crane rental business located in three major market places needed to develop order efficiency, and a new image throughout its corporate headquarters. As part of a design-build team we (architects) developed fundamental programming parameters for new corporate offices with their associated spaces; being departmentized - each needed a slightly different look and feel to it's spaces.; assessed the effectiveness of day to day operations - individually and across department lines looking for ways to streamline office environments; with top management team that worked to arrive at final design and renovations.
