About B. Charles Alexander, R.A., A.I.A

Mr. Alexander, Partner and Principal Project Manager-Architect, brings practical hands-on construction experience which is exceptional and uniquely adds to his outstanding architectural ability to be both intelligent and creative when developing affordable solutions for all clients and their budgets.

Mr. Alexander provides a diverse experienced and very unique background in project planning, architectural design, construction and project delivery in past and current roles as project Architect, manager, owner representative, or principal-in-charge. Mr. Alexander has over 30 years experience in the design and construction of new renovation, adaptive reuse, or modernization projects for a wide variety of building types and clients. The majority of these projects involved a fully integrated design and enveloping through all aspects of the construction in architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. He also has over 40 years of “hands on” construction experience. Mr. Alexander’s technical and analytical skills and problem solving expertise has been perfectly matched for serving in the capacity as Design & Construction Quality Manager for owners, with projects having budgets that have ranged from $5. 3 MM to $72 MM.

Clients have ranged from: Fortune 500 companies (P&G); Regional banks (5/3rd Bank), Universities (Miami, Central State, Ohio University); U.S. Government Dept. of Energy; State of Ohio; Hamilton County Public Works Dept.; Design Build Construction Companies; plus many private businesses and individuals.

Mr. Alexander has traveled overseas to study and advance his professional technical knowledge relative to: energy conservation measures (Sweden), integrating craftsmanship in all types of design/structures (Japan); understanding organic and historical architecture (Egypt) as a few examples.
