Project:
A design feasibility study to develop a cost effective and innovative prototype of functional space while refining basic programming requirements.

Details:
The building grossed 30,000 sf with 18,000 assigned directly to childcare operations; while 12,000 sf is allocated to prioritized training programs.

Faculty would accommodate 170 children at any one time. Areas were designed for offices, large muscle room, resource library, conference room, parental observation room, kitchen for cooking and training; meeting rooms for staff and community, 10 classrooms, green learning labs, water lab, nurse station, and support areas etc.
