Position 1

Seeking to hire one Architectural Technician who has the ability to demonstrate a practical proficiency with drafting programs such as AutoCad 2005 or greater (office uses AutoCad 2005). Must possess a level of functional capacity to immediately assist in the production of architectural drawings from schematic to design development to construction documents and detailing.... under the direction of an assigned senior project architect.

Minimum requirements: Associate Degree with 3-4 years experience or Bachelor in Architecture or equivalent major plus 2-3 years experience. Must be proficient in AutoCad and have good technical writing skills. Portfolio must demonstrate abilities and technical skills commensurate with previous work experience.

Candidate: should possess the desire to grow in technical architectural knowledge by periodically attending seminars, workshops, technical training sessions, etc.
