New Church Facility (Feasibility Study)

Location: Forest Park, Ohio
Client: St. Mark AME Church Board of Trustees

Project:
After conducting a feasibility study some three years ago, it was determined that the most cost effective option would be to find suitable land and build an entirely new church complex.

Details:
The complex would house: about 750 sanctuary seats; a 350 seat fellowship hall; nine flexible classrooms; administrative suite containing the main office, reception area, work spaces for administrative staff, pastors office/treasury installation; uplifting and inspiring interior entry sequence; ADA compliance throughout; indirect day lighting for interior environment; energy efficiency throughout; intelligent landscaping and parking design to incorporate shading while minimizing solar heat build-up; parking area to provide for 82+ spaces.

Facility will be designed with expansion options in mind so building growth becomes most effective when it becomes time.
