    Project:
    The Greater Emanuel Apostolic Temple Trustees retained our services, for this second major expansion, to provide full architectural/engineering services for the nearly complete redesign of its facilities.

    Details:
    The project involved designing and adding on four major pieces to the existing facility in three phases, while keeping the Church and its auxiliary programming in operations. This included 25,000 SF of new additions and over 15,000 SF, renovation to existing.

    Program/scope requirements consists of:
    Expansion and consolidation of administrative offices.
    New classrooms and computer labs spaces.
    520 seat expansion to existing main auditorium in two directions.
    New state of the art music chapel with CD direct recording capacity.
    New elevator and chairlifts for ADA compliance.
    New 450 seat special Fellowship Hall for conventions and other events.
    Replacement to HVAC systems; Electrical system redesign and expansion incorporated.
    Existing restrooms and entry areas redesigned to comply with ADA.
    Extensive site work: storm water retention system, retaining walls, site regrading.
