The Holloman's New House

Project:
Design a new custom house 3,700 SF. for a couple and their two children on a rolling site with a creek flowing along it's northern edge.

Details:
This being their third new house the Holloman's wanted a true custom design that matched their exact lifestyle and functional requirements. The house was laid out on three levels: with the lower level containing a entertainment room, mechanical, laundry, family room, and with a walk out patio along creek; entrance level comprised of main entry, formal dining room, kitchen connected to three car garage with breezeway, sun room/breakfast nook, leisure dining with windows on all sides, and 1/2 bath; upper level - parent bedroom with large bath; separate twin bedrooms for son and daughter with connection bathroom, complimentary walk in closets, and a common office/study. At exterior a wrap around porch embraced the front entrance.
