Tenant Improvements

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Client: L.A. Nails Salon

Project:
The mall Manager recommended to a new Nail Salon Owner, That our firm provide the architectural/engineering design required to renovate a former shoe store space, so that it would meet his operational requirements. The time factor of service delivery was extremely limited from contract documents to completed construction was all done in thirty (30) days. This also involved getting the design approved by the Salon Owner, sending it to Swifton Commons (the mall) Owners for approval. Then, Finalizing construction documents, then getting them through the City Building and Permits Department for a building permit. (An unusual timely feat by itself.)

Details:
The design included: an entry airlock to decrease on the heat loss and provide added security; new suspended ceiling system throughout; new light fixtures; more electric outlets to service the new Salon stations (12); new storage service area with double sink and counter area; ample storage built into wall off customer hand washing area; new wall covering and carpet throughout, with vinyl flooring for wet areas and ceramic at the entry; restroom was modified to meet ADA requirements.
