Charles Alexander, having been commissioned as the project manager for the owner of two multi-million dollar projects (National Underground Railroad Freedom Center ($84 million) & 5/3rd Operational Center ($72 million)), provides FWAS with second to none quality and real life tested qualifications as Owner's Project Representative.

From the very beginning, when the idea was brought forth from the final occupancy of the facility, FWAS can provide clients with: idea development; refinement of direction; site selection analysis/recommendations; assessment and selection of the design/engineering team; assistance in architect/engineers contractual terms and conditions; evaluation of project budget allocations; liaison to local, state or federal government staff or departments; management of all design professions' design schedule and deliverables; administrate the bidding process, management of construction contractors, schedules, payments, progress reporting, etc.; and coordination of project communication channels.
