Fifth Thirds' new Madisonville Operations Center was renovated out of a vacant office complex to accommodate over 2,500 operational staff, coming from many offices throughout the Cincinnati area, consolidated into this location for Greater Cincinnati's largest hometown bank. This project involved renovating existing 220,000 square foot building and the designing and construction of a new 228,000 square foot addition. A 2,200 car garage amounting to $10 million of the overall budget was design and constructed later in the process, so refitting of the design incorporating the existing building new facade involved significant change and grade levels issues.
