FWAS initiated over 15 years ago the importance to clients of spending a few dollars
up front to clearly determine the direction that would be the most probably and
cost effective to take. With pre-programming analysis and conceptualization
the project costs could be better established and evaluated early on. This process
assists not only the client but also the contracted professionals to be on target
and more effective in delivering appropriately selected services.
A great benefit to having an initial budget is that capital fundraising campaigns could
get started rather quickly, with minimal cost to the clients. Taking such a step
proves to the client that being conscientious about their costs is the way FWAS
thinks from the beginning through the end.
