Project:
A multi phased new affordable housing development with a goal to create architecturally unique structures that are low in long term maintenance costs, significantly energy efficient; windows, doors, water heaters, appliances, insulation, exterior envelope, etc. all visually striking in appearance, functionally simple yet alive while being cost effectively developed for urban lots within the city.

Details:
Units are basically three stories with entry level able to be converted into: an office, a one-bedroom apartment, or a garage based on the owners needs. Second levels consist of: living room, 1/2 bath, kitchen, breakfast counter, dining room, large storage room, and closets. Third levels have: three bedrooms with walk in closets, and two full bathrooms. Laundry/mechanical room will be located at entry levels.
