Project:
Given the desires of the client to consider purchasing and the renovating or rebuilding a former regional shopping mall consisting of 228,186 sf. placed within a land area of 22.971 acres, they wisely chose to conduct a feasibility study. The purposes of which were to determine the most appropriate site uses for short and long term, as well as to determine the most logical offering price.

Details:
The solution on uses produced an interesting mixture of service retail, food and beverage establishments, offices for businesses, offices for special needs programs, expansion of the educational service providers space square footage, new and existing facilities for senior housing, World Outreach offices, banquet hall, etc.

With this phase of the feasibility study completed an offer was formulated with the client and the project's attorney became involved in the assistance in the purchase final offer.
