Client: 5/3rd Bank Corporation
Location: Richwood, Kentucky

Project:
Designed a new prototype branch bank of 4,800 SF. containing four drive thru lanes on a rough hilly site; 100% construction was completed within 90 days.

Details:
As part of the design/build team our architects were provided with a unimproved hilly site to carve out a build able area on which to place the new bank. Site had to be restructured and designed by local civil engineering firm. Building design with required changes was completed within seven days, approved by building department in three days and constructed and ready for business in 77 days (Record time - due to opening for business on Christmas Eve.)
