Client: Acutus - Gladwin, Inc. (Steel Fabrication & Stamping Plant)
Location: Fairfield, Ohio (Tri-state Business Center)

Project:
The company desired to relocate to a 4,500 sf. space within the Tri-state Business Center, a converted automotive factory with an overall size of 500,000 sf. As designers for the builders - our team carved out and symmetrically defined: offices, lounge/break area, storage, processing, design and layout, and finish production areas for more effective work and production flow.

Within a year our firm was assigned the task of expanding this location, by another 2,000 sf. to the first phase renovations.
