Project:
Design of a vacant tenant, space consisting of 4,700sf into a multi-dynamic unique Asian thematic spa - incorporating a retail component at front entrance area. Full service spa - offers: hair salon, foot spas, whole body massage, relaxation/meditation and a separate men's spa area.

Details:
The project involved: highlight and sensitive lighting schemes; thematic finishes and textures specific to each area; individual controlled ventilation and heating for selective area; dual water heater system with booster pumps; sun shading was provided to reduce heat gain and solar glare; ADA compliance, restrooms, spa rooms and overall accessibility, fully sprinklered, and a new articulated entrance.
