Honored with a long history of a diverse client base, FWAS’ practice has been truly fortunate for its involvement in local Governmental projects. These projects have been for cities such as: Cincinnati, Dayton, Hamilton, and Middletown in Ohio; Covington and Newport in Kentucky; for villages or towns such as: Lincoln Heights, West Chester, Woodlawn, and Colerain Township; for counties such as: Hamilton and Butler; as well as state departments such as: Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities, Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections, Department of Administrative Services, and the Department of Development.
Fundamentally the mission of providing quality architectural services is always at the core of our business. Being flexible, expedient, and adapt at learning different and/or client specific requirements has enabled our staff to successfully deliver on projects for the above variety of governmental entities, despite a array of regulations and processes. Further, some projects require a higher level of security clearance our principal in charge has received and maintained one of the higher federal security clearances. This high level of clearance can expedite the process of getting FWAS under contract on restricted projects.
